IN THE LAB DEBUT – JUNGER – AGAINST THE WORLD

In The Lab make their debut as a record label two years on from starting out as a platform in 2019. In The Lab originally started with the main goal of running local Drum and Bass nights, hosting normal events and charity nights. In The Lab have had a major involvement in their local scene. In The Lab eventually began releasing guest mixes to their Soundcloud page from friends and peers which eventually spiralled into having other artists joining entering the lab. Having their title as “In The Lab Events” didn’t really make sense at the time as it wasn’t possible to run club-nights, so adapting to the circumstances steered the brand towards the name In The Lab Recordings to cement themselves into the scene as a Record Label. This release is the culmination of their adaptation and they are making it known that there will be much more to come down the line.

Junger Takes the lead with his track “Against The world” and I’m not being funny its one of the most hybrid, techy jump up style tunes We’ve heard at the office. With a hard hitting sub and face melting bass Junger really wasn’t prepared to play any silly games with this release. The track includes a mental half time section which further showcases exactly what style of tracks “In the Lab” are going to be pushing for the foreseeable future. To top it off the release is a free download so you realistically have no excuse not to download this hot one!
